Our focus is helping people look, feel, and see great in glasses. If you already have a current prescription from another doctor, you are welcome to bring it—there is no need to repeat your exam.
Bright Side Optical is private pay and does not bill vision insurance directly.

Do I need an appointment to shop for glasses?
An appointment is the best way to make sure a stylist can sit down and give you focused attention. Saturday visits are by appointment only.
Can I bring a prescription from another doctor?
Absolutely. Outside prescriptions are always welcome, and you do not need to repeat an exam if your prescription is current.
Do you accept vision insurance?
Bright Side Optical is private pay. Payment is made directly to us so recommendations can be based on what works best for you rather than plan limits. Ask our team about out-of-network documentation and filing support when applicable.
What if I choose glasses and later regret them?
Eligible, non-special-order frames are covered by our 60-day Love Your Glasses Guarantee. If the undamaged frame is not feeling right, we will sit down and style you again. Complete terms are reviewed at purchase.
How much should I expect to spend?
Complete pairs start at $500. The total depends on the frame, prescription, lens design, and options that make sense for your real life. We explain the choices before you decide.
What is the digital eyewear style guide?
It is a personalized guide created from your photos and questionnaire answers, with recommendations for fit, color, style, and links to actual inventory. The guide is available for $39.
